This release ended in 2 variations: As a PICTURE DISC and as Glow-In-The-Dark vinyl.
This testpressing is a combination of both; the picture disc is printed onto glow-in-the-dark vinyl where the eyes were cut out so these can glow.
As you know: This version was never released.
